Chemical Testing facilities
- Full chemical analysis is carried out on Spectrometer (In-house Facility)
Physical Testing facilities
- Physical Properties such as Tensile Strength / % Elongation & Yield Strength is done in- house facility.
Other Testing’s
- Reduction in area & Impact Test (are carried out as per standard practice with well-developed recognized ancillary facility).
- Non-Destructive tests like Die-penetration, Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle & Radiography etc.
- Hardness Test
- Metallographic
- Ferrite & Intra-granular corrosion Test (are carried-out as per standard practice with well- developed recognized ancillary facility.)
- Surface Treatment like Electro-polishing, Pickling & Passivation can be outsourced.
Precimetal also provides castings with 3 rd party inspection like Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, DNV etc.
